HAIL Admin is intended for professional business use only.
HAIL Admin provides a digital workflow and administration platform for Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and vehicle damage professionals.
The Service may include:
Users remain fully responsible for the accuracy of entered data and compliance with applicable laws.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.
You agree not to misuse the Service or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Certain features of HAIL Admin may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are processed via:
Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the respective platform settings. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.
All rights, title, and interest in the HAIL Admin software, branding, and content remain the exclusive property of HAIL Admin.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or resell the Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAIL Admin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI-extracted vehicle data. Users remain responsible for verifying extracted information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Users may terminate their account at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
